Business Development Executive

Work Shift: Night, 06:00 pm to 03:00 am / 9 hrs a day / 5 Days a Week
Job location: Gurgaon
Transport: Cab facility in Gurgaon
Qualification: Passion for sales, B.Tech or MBA (equivalent Degree completed)
Relevant experience: 1-3 Years of US/UK voice calling in relevant Inside Sales/ Tele Sales/ Outbound Sales/Account Development experience.
Relevant industry: Education /CRM /Data Analytics /E-Commerce /Apps (Pref. US/UK market)
Position: 10 Nos., Permanent Full-Time

Primarily responsible for initiating first level contact with prospective customers.
Execute call & email campaigns for new product launch & other marketing initiatives.
Meeting or Exceeding QTRYL Business Development Objectives.
Generate & maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure that the team has adequate number of qualified opportunities to work upon.
Manage a minimum of 50 completed calls per day (lead or no opportunity result) based on 80-100 calls attempted per day
Contact all new leads in CRM system within 24-48 hours and qualify diligently and actively “disposition” them in the CRM
