Job Description :-

  • Accepts user calls, Logs and manage calls in the Call Management System
  • Having work experience in Windows Domain Environment
  • Windows platform & Standard applications Skills include knowledge on :  Windows 7, MS office, Email client (MS Outlook)installation etc.
  • Escalate to different support groups and Management Teams as per procedure
  • Basic knowledge of Networking
  • Vendor Management with OEM and follow-up till issue closure
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
