Qualification: Any Graduate / Any Diploma.

Certification – Added Advantage (MCSA / CCNA)

Experience: 1 year & above (Desktop support L1)

Work Location – Delhi-NCR.

JobDescription:

Knowledge of OS (XP, Win7) & Standard Application – Installation, configuration & Troubleshooting.
Good Knowledge of Hardware Installation & Troubleshooting.
Knowledge Network Printer Installation & Configuration.

Microsoft Outlook Installation, configuration and Troubleshooting.

Knowledge of AV installation & Troubleshooting (MacAfee Preferred).

Knowledge of Patches installation – User End (from SCCM / WSUS Server).
Knowledge of IMAC.

Good Communication skills.
